When I produced the Positively Powerful Women Celebrate! Retreat (Triad West Inc. ) I wanted women to have a boost in their ability to accomplish their vision, greater confidence, more energy, a feeling that they were appreciated and appreciated themselves, and an environment where they could create connections to build their businesses, communities, or social life.

Use these intentional program ingredients that I built into my event to turn on your workforce:

  • Have fun together
  • Give premiums that they will appreciate and value
  • Celebrate the small wins
  • Create a quality environment
  • Eat well prepared meals together
  • Create a trusting multi-cultural community
  • Build shared knowledge
  • Be enthusiastic
  • Say what you are going to deliver then deliver it
  • Give them awards for their greatness
  • Record the special occasions
  • Make their lives better for having spent time with you.
