Positively Powerful Leadership Development, what is leadership

How to stick your pitch

Brett Harward, CEO of Manifest Management who’s coming out with a new book, said something that made me “sit up and take notice.” He said you could make your book (How To Be A Positively Powerful Person), even stronger if you included the ideas in Make It Stick. I market books, programs and events that empower people so more individuals and their organizations live dreams. When I heard this I began reading and learning how to apply the concepts. After all, this might bring me closer to living my dreams. If you’re like me and want to know why some declarations (JFK in going to the moon and back), advertising (Jared and subways, Ellen and Am Ex), books (Malcolm Gladwell and Tipping Point), and ideas stick and others don’t click here for an article from Time. Click here for one from US News & World Report. And if you’re more video-inclined, enjoy the video.

By the way, I’m considering renaming my next book. It was going to be “How To Be A Positively Powerful Woman!” but it is now more likely to end up being something like, “What’s Good About Being A Wimpy Woman”  If both make the same points, which do you think has more sticking power?
