DBI Education graduated their first Breakthrough Course Sunday July 12th. It was delivered by international trainer, consultant, author, and coach Joel Martin, PhD. With the support of a team of coaches and two stellar co-captains (names below), the global participants contributed to each other in ways that were positively affirming and life-changing. This was a fun and industrious group of leaders who loved a good quote.
While executive and life coaching are powerful performance enhancing services for clients, nothing can replace groups like this aligned as a team working together to accelerate their accomplishments and make a difference.
While the design of the experiential and didactic program is confidential, the pillars are those shared by many transformational leadership programs: Personal responsibility, authenticity, connection, contribution, abundance, and vision. The program is open to the public. The prerequisite to participation is the DBI Education Discovery Course. The course after Breakthrough is the Impact Program designed to take the lessons learned in the prior two courses into ones life and community. Karen Foncette is DBI CEO and Lynda James-Sall directs the Impact Program.
A full curriculum of adult education programs is in development. DBI’s most recent addition is The Masters Course which will be delivered by Bettie Spruill one of the most highly regarded facilitators in the transformational industry. Among her many successes, Bettie is a Certified Management Effectiveness Coach, management consultant, entrepreneur, public speaker and writer with 30 years international experience in the field of transformational technology and the training of trainers.

Right on Joel. this is awesome, to see the smiling faces and radiant beings and to know what it is they went through, it is positively powerful. Now they are going to get set the world on fire. i remember when I completed my training the difference it made in n my life. In every aspect from my finances to my relationships. I look forward to hearing from them.
