Oversee needs assessments training design, delivery, implementation, and administration. Manage multi-cultural teams of training, and administrative professionals. Create enrollment programs. Drive new business development, sub-contract and contract negotiations, and vendor agreements.
- Has worked with organizational leaders of Cold Stone Creamery, Accenture, ABHOW, Anheuser-Busch, The Mayor’s Office of Chicago. Subcontractor to Global Consortium LLC, CGL (Bayer), The Trium Group (Nokia), and Maxcomm Associates (3M-HIS, American Express, Michcon).
- Designer of award winning and industry leading Diversity University and Leadership Alignment programs for national senior citizen housing owner and manager. Instrumental in producing satisfaction surveys showing high marks for customer service and employee attitude. Employee satisfaction surveys exceeded national norms for service industries.
- Developed and delivered The New Organizational Leader training program to address the needs of newly promoted managers who are experts in their fields of chip design. Program provided professional and personal skills to new managers.
- On a select team of external facilitators for leadership curriculum for global consulting firm. Average participant rating of 4.8 on a 5.0 scale. Participants continued to describe the leadership development courses as the best they ever attended.
- Produced and delivered The Empowered Entrepreneur, The How To Be A Positively Powerful Person, and Positively Powerful public trainings and events to enhance attendees’ business development and interpersonal communication skills.
- Designed and directed a multi-task soft-skills and Work Readiness Training Program for the Mayor’s Office of Chicago that successfully assisted 72 inner city young men and women in finding jobs. Included screening, hiring and training of trainers, coaches and logistics people, participant follow up, and administration. 100% of those interviewed were hired.
