A creative powerhouse, Dr. Martin was one of America’s first women to own and operate a full-service advertising agency. Under her direction, her company created award winning advertising and PR campaigns for clients including Essence, Black Enterprise, Anheuser-Busch and Clairol.
After more than 15 years as an ad agency owner, she took her passion for communicating through the media to the stage because there, she could have a more direct impact on transforming lives and businesses for the better. She is a specialist in the delivery of transformational experiential education and has earned a Masters in Psychology, PhD in Communications and induction as a Wharton Fellow, Wharton Business School.
