Dr. Pamela Williamson will be receiving the 2018 Positively Powerful Woman Visionary Leadership Award on May 17th at Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix, AZ. A charismatic, dedicated servant leader, Dr. Williamson has been in senior leadership for over 25 years. She has served as the CEO of a SABA 7 consulting firm and as the Vice President and Deputy Director of a National Behavioral Health Care Organization’s Psychiatric urgent care facility overseeing the quality control of Psychiatric urgent care facilities. Her expertise is in change management, and reorganization. She’s reorganized three organizations and turned each one around fiscally and programmatically.
Importantly, for women business enterprises and Corporate America, the future that she sees is bright and promising and one that she acts on in visionary ways. Her vehicle for change is the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned, controlled, and operated by women in the United States. Dr. Williamson is the President and CEO of WBEC-West where she facilitates the connections between corporations and women-owned and operated businesses.
Since her tenure, the WBEC-West team has moved forward over 100,000 connections between certified WBEs and Corporations across the nation looking to procure products and services from Women Business Owners. A talented and seasoned executive, Dr. Williamson has over 25-years of experience in financial services and consulting with a wealth of expertise in change and organizational management.
